Delivery Information

We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before midday of a working weekday, on the same day. How long it will take to get to you will depend on the mode of dispatch.

Post/Royal Mail Deliveres

We ask that these items are allowed to take a little more time, even though the first class items should arrive the next day, it may take a little longer

Courier Deliveries

We send all items by courier on a next working day service.
So if an item is order at 9.30am on Monday you should receive it sometime on Tuesday.
However if an item is ordered at 3pm on Friday, it will likely not be dispatched until Monday, meaning you will also receive it on Tuesday.
If you are not in, you will likely get a card to notify you a delivery has been attempted.

Pallet Deliveries

Some of our items are extremely large and heavy and the only safe way of transporting them is by pallet. Please note there must be access for a lorry for this type of delivery and someone must be at the delivery address the whole day, 9am to 5pm on the delivery day. We can work with you to select the arrival day, just give us a call to discuss your requirements.

Scottish Highlands / Islands and Non Mainland UK Orders

There may be surcharges applicable to Non Mainland UK Orders or Scottish Highlands. These types of orders may also take a few days to complete.
There are also some products that cannot be sent to non-mainland UK destinations such as Northern Ireland, Jersey etc due to their weight and/or hazardous nature.
If you are unsure please do contact us first before placing an order.

As with all other online retailers, we are at the mercy of our delivery partners, and due to the huge volume of parcels moving through their networks, things can go wrong. In such instances we ask that you be patient and be assured that we will always do what we can to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience with us.
